First of all, a (belated) Happy Eid ul-Fitr to all those who celebrate!
I'm finally home after two weeks of much-needed holiday, and what a better way to start a Monday than sharing a simple tutorial? yes?
I've been toying with the idea of using some fake plants to add a "green" touch to my home for sometime now. But i was never satisfied with what i had seen (none of those cheap-plastic-looking ones please), so i was ecstatic when i came across these succulent beauties at Informa.
Since the glass vases there are quite expensive, i decided to buy the plants and the stones only, and buy four different style of (drinking) glasses at a cheaper shop.
Snip the stems using cable-cutter (don't use scissor like i did!) or just bend them if they're way too thick to be cut. Put each of them in the designated glasses. Pour the stones... and voila! Simple and sweet.
